Class Description
Pure Fitness’ Bootcamp and Weight Lifting are fun, high-energy, and exciting fitness classes that offer different types of excerises to help you get fit fast and have the best time while doing it. The classes offers a safe-space and judgement free zone for people to focus on their own fitness and health goals without feeling uncomfortable. In these classes you are only competing against yourself.
What’s included
Guided Classes 5-Days a Week
Our Bootcamp class is like getting a private lesson everyday. The coaches are attentive, knowledgable, creative and find a way to challenge each person at their own fitness level. We meet you where you are. Each day is filled with unique workout, no class is ever the same.
Quarterly Fitness Milestones
Nobody wants to start their fitness journey without a purpose. In our Bootcamp class you will know where you started, how you are doing, and how how to achieve your goals with quarterly body mass assessments, meals plans, and physical assessments to see how strong you have gotten and how much you have gained in a period of time.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp and Weight Lifting program includes guided classes every morning and afternoon by one of our amazing coaches/instructors. Our mission is to help you meet your fitness goals, and to provide routines you can use outside of our gym.

PFMA’s Muay Thai classes are built to ensure students feel comfortable striking and standing in front of another peer. Our Muay Thai program is the next level to our Muay Thai Intro class.
