What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand - with origins stemming from around the 13th century, mainly for military purposes. The sport today is often described as the “art of eight limbs,” including the use of elbows, fists, knees, and shins.
